Donnie Baseball LOF aka Matt* is a 2023 bright chestnut Premium Holsteiner colt with just the right amount of chrome to be noticed.
* (Named after Jack's favorite baseball player, Don Mattingly who played 1st base for the New York Yankees 1982-1995)
Matt started his show career with a double header home run! At the two Young Horse Shows we've taken him to he's placed 1St both times. Winning the Yearling divisions at both High Point Hanoverians AND 1st of 15 at Allforit!

By international dressage stallion Don Quichot (Quite Easy I/ Ramiro Z/ Alme) out of our premium Holsteiner mare Zamboni Babe MPT (Ciceras Icewater/Calando I/Lord Incipit). This boy was born to compete! Genetics say he's destined to be an outstanding jumper, but look at that trot, it screams dressage. If he was a filly, he'd be kept.

Very friendly, he wants to be the center of attention. Loves people, being groomed, and is always running to greet you at the gate. He's got wonderful conformation, with long legs, a lovely head, and outstanding neck. German judges at his inspection commented on his outstanding conformation, powerful canter, and swinging walk.
Currently standing at 14.3 at 13 months, he is expected to mature to 16.2. His easy going personality makes him a dream to work with. Stands for the farrier, loads on the trailer, is perfect for the vet, and is just a pleasure to be around! He is fully registered with the Holsteiner Verband, with passport, is microchipped, and has a lifetime USEF number.
He's weaned, gelded, and ready to move into your heart and barn, or he can be boarded here to grow up. Currently living at Lead Off Farm in Friendship, MD. 45 min from either DC or Baltimore.
